What are the requirements for registering and enrolling on these courses?

The courses will be most relevant to those working in animal health and/or veterinary public health, whether in a research, laboratory diagnostics, policy-making (Government) or field (veterinary professionals) capacity. Relevant partners in Ethiopia, Ghana, Bangladesh and Egypt have been invited by email to enrol on the courses by a sponsor in APHA. If one of your colleagues recommends these courses to you and you wish to enrol, please enquire by emailing APHAIDT@apha.gov.uk.

How do I register?

You will find the online registration form on this website. Simply fill in all of the necessary details and enter the payment code that your sponsor has given you to register.

Can I register and complete the courses without an APHA sponsor?

It isn’t currently possible to register for the courses without an APHA sponsor. Sponsorship is usually available for candidates from low- and middle-income countries. Email APHAIDT@apha.gov.uk to enquire about sponsorship. 

I can't log in – what do I do?

How do I update my details on the database?

You may update your details at any time by logging in to your Personal Training Dashboard and selecting ‘Update details’ from the left-hand side of the screen. It is your responsibility to keep your details up to date at all times....

Must the courses be completed in any particular order?

The courses do not need to be completed in any particular order. You can chose to register for one or both courses.

I have completed the course but can't progress to the exam – what do I do?

If you think you have completed all of the activities in the online learning but the completion progress does now recognise this and your post-course self-evaluation is not appearing, please contact us on (+44)330 202 0380 or by emailing enquiries@improve-ohcb.com and we will fix the issue for you.

What does the exam involve?

The online examination comprises of 10 multiple choice questions to be answered in 30 minutes.
